Yes, you as a manager, have full control over how the tables and the working space is viewed in the app. There is also an option of more than one working space (ex. Outside tables / inside bar)
We have manuals that will be given to you for your employee training. We will also educate and teach you how to use and operate with the app on different levels of permissions. We provide 24/7 emergency hotline, in person customer service within 24 hours (we are located on the island, so we are only a call away).
We also provide backup hardware if something happens to yours, for 7 days/ per year.
We offer further hardware backup for 2% of the purchasing price of it pre day (ex.: 8 inch tablet is 9000 rp, that will cost you 180 rp per day)
